Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders that meet our free shipping threshold. The qualifying amount will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@moomy.store with your order number and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Moomy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@moomy.store and we'll do our best to help.
